D 1 Arrival at Kathmandu, reception at the airport, and transfer at the hotel.

D 3 From Kathmandu to Phakding (2700m)
Transfer at the airport and flight for Lukla. Then, beginning of the trek towards Phakding ~ 3 hours of walk.

D 4 From Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
We cross Dudh Kosi several times and climb until Namche. ~ 5,5 hours of walk.

D 5 Day of acclimation in Namche Bazaar
Rest and excursion towards Thami.

D 6 From Namche Bazaar to Dole (4000m)
We go up along Dudh Kosi. ~ 7 hours of walk.

D 7 From Dole to Machhermo (4400m)
We always follow the river by a quiet and short climb. ~ 4 hours of walk.

D 8 From Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m)
Final climb up to transparent waters of the lakes of Gokyo. Superb landscape. ~ 4,5 hours of walk.

D 9 From Gokyo to Na
Possibility of climb to Gokyo Ri (5400m): Panorama on "8000 " is magical We go back down then towards Na. ~ 6 hours of walk.

D 10 From Na to Phortse (3700m)
We continue descent until Phortse.

D 11 From Phortse to Dingboche (4400m)
We join the route of the basic trek to Everest .We pass by Pangboche and join Dingboche. ~ 6 hours of walk

D 12 From Dingboche to Lobuje (4900m)
* possibility of topping up 1 day in the program of rest or excursion on Dingboche
We pass by Dughla and continue along the glacier. Landscapes of high mountain. ~ 6 hours of walk.

D 13 Lobuje - Kalapattar
The trek goes on by Gorak Shep (5150m) and we go up on the nicest of belvederes, in 5550 m, to admire Everest. Return to Lobuje. ~ 8 hours of walk

D 14 From Lobuje to Dingboche (4400m)
We go back towards Dingboche.

D 15 From Dingboche to Tyangboche (3850m)
We go back towards Tyangboche

D 16 From Dingboche to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
We go back towards Namche Bazaar.

D 17 14 From Namche Bazaar to Lukla
We go back towards Lukla

D 18 From Lukla to Kathmandu.
We join the capital by air.

D 19 Free Day (visits if required).

D 20 Transfer to the airport of Kathmandu.
