J 1 Arrival at Kathmandu, reception at the airport, and transfer at the hotel.

J 2 Free Day (visits if required).

J 3 From Kathmandu to Chisopani (2200m).
Bus or taxi from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and beginning of the trek until Chisopani, there , panorama is splendid. ~ 5 hours of walk.

J 4 From Chisopani to Gul Bhanjyang (2000m)
The way goes up and down until Chipling and cross of the wooded zones. Arrival at the pretty Tamang village of Gul Bhanjyang. ~ 6 hours of walk.

J 5 From Gul Bhanjyang to Tharepati (3650m)
A little longer day. The way follows crests giving nice views on Langtang, up to Magen Goth. Then we climb towards the pass of Tharepati. ~ 7 hours of walk.

J 6 From Tharepati to Melamchigaon (2500m)
Quiet day towards the engaging sherpa village of Melamchigaon. ~ 4 hours of walk

J 7 From Melamchigaon to Tarke Ghyang (2700m)
The track goes down to cross Melamchi Khola and goes back up towards the other mountainside. We arrive at the most important village of Helambu. ~ 5 hours of walk.

J 8 From Tarke Ghyang to Sermathang (2600m)
We go out of the classical route for a less seen frequently way following crests. ~ 5 hours of walk.

J 9 From Sermathang to Melamchi Pul (900m)
Descent via the village of Dubhachaur. ~ 5 hours of walk.

J 10 From Melamchi Pul to Kathmandu.
Return in bus or taxi towards the capital.

# option (+2 d): Possibility of extending the trek towards Nagarkot and / or Dhulikhel, which give superb view points on the Himalayan chain.

J 11 Free Day (visits if required).

J 12 Transfer to the airport of Kathmandu.
