D 1 Arrival at Kathmandu, reception at the airport, and transfer at the hotel.
D 2 Free Day (visits if required).
D 3 From Kathmandu to Phakding (2700m)
Transfer to the airport and flight for Lukla. Then, beginning of the trek towards Phakding ~ 3 hours of walk.
D 4 From Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
We cross Dudh Kosi several times and climb until Namche. ~ 5,5 hours of walk.
D 5 Day of acclimation in Namche Bazaar
Rest and excursion towards Thami.
D 6 From Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3850m)
By way of Khumjung, we go up to Tyangboche, famous gompa. The view on Ama Dablam and Everest is splendid. ~ 5 hours of walk.
D 7 From Tyangboche to Pheriche (4200m)
We go on by Pangboche (nice gompa) before going up towards Pheriche. ~ 6 hours of walk.
D 8 Day of acclimation in Pheriche
Excursion on the height of Dingboche and/or Chukung (4700m) to get used of altitude. Views are splendid.
D 9 From Pheriche to Lobuje (4900m)
We pass by Dughla and continue along the glacier. Landscapes of high mountain. ~ 6 hours of walk.
D 10 Lobuje – Kalapattar
The trek goes on by Gorak Shep (5150m) and we go up on the nicest of belvederes, in 5550 m, to admire Everest. Return to Lobuje. ~ 8 hours of walk
D 11 From Lobuje to Dingboche (4400m)
We go back towards Dingboche.
D 12 From Dingboche to Tyangboche (3850m)
We go back towards Tyangboche.
D 13 From Dingboche to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
We go back towards Namche Bazaar.
D 14 From Namche Bazaar to Lukla
We go back towards Lukla.
D 15 From Lukla to Kathmandu.
We join the capital by air.
J 16 Free Day (visits if required).
J 17 Transfer to the airport of Kathmandu.
